Service delivery, cancellations, and refunds

This page explains how digital reports and services are delivered and how to ask us to review a cancellation or refund.

Digital delivery

Autonomous Path sells digital reports and professional services. We do not ship physical merchandise, so there is no physical item to return. Paid Site Scanner reports are delivered through the verified customer account and the delivery email connected to the order. Catalog Scanner reports are attached to the verified customer account for download.

When work starts

Automated report work starts after payment confirmation and follows the timeline shown before checkout. Remediation and advisory requests begin with a scope review. No production change is made without the validation and approval steps described for that service.

Cancellation requests

A checkout that is not completed does not create a paid order. If you need to cancel after payment, contact support as soon as possible. Whether the order can be stopped depends on whether the automated scan, report packaging, or scoped service work has already started.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed against the delivery status, the work already completed, duplicate or erroneous charges, the scope shown at purchase, and applicable law. Work that has already been completed or a digital report that has already been delivered may not be refundable. We confirm the outcome of each request in writing.

How to request a review

Email support from the address used for the order and include the order or payment reference, the service purchased, and the reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Rights that still apply

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or any different written terms agreed for a specific project.
